DONNE E LAVORO NEL 2019 : QUALI DIRITTI?

La tematica del lavoro declinato al femminile resta un grande “dilemma” italiano.
Nel nostro paese purtroppo persistono ancora discriminazioni di genere sia sulle scelte occupazionali (anche relative agli orari di lavoro) sia a livello retributivo.
Il ruolo familiare (domestico e di cura) e lavorativo femminile è ancora troppo poco supportato da un piano statale di welfare.
Quali politiche si potrebbero attivare?
Ne abbiamo parlato con la Professoressa Tindara Addabbo del dipartimento di Economia Marco Biagi – CRID (Centro di Ricerca Interdipartimentale su Discriminazioni e vulnerabilità) dell’ Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
- Sostegno (anche in rete con altri attori nel territorio) dell’infrastruttura sociale
- Target politiche del lavoro e sociali esteso ai lavoratori (spesso lavoratrici) scoraggiate
- Politiche volte a migliorare la transizione scuola lavoro
- Interventi educativi e culturali su discriminazioni e stereotipi
Nel corso del convegno è emersa un’ulteriore problematica legata al genere: la valutazione della carriera delle persone di talento.
Perché le donne con particolari talenti tendono a rinunciare a ruoli di successo per ricoprire ruoli tipicamente femminili e di cura?
Cosa si può fare in merito per arginare tale fenomeno negativo?
Di questo e delle possibili soluzioni ne ha parlato il Dott. Davide Natali formatore specializzato in Gifted and Talented Education, responsabile presso ITalent Education e consulente per il LabTalento – Università di Pavia.
La conferenza che si è tenuta lo scorso due maggio presso il Centro Sociale “Fiorenzo Malpensa” nel comune di San Lazzaro di Savena (BO) è stata l’occasione per iniziare un dibattito con i cittadini per dare loro ascolto e voce.
La partecipazione e l’attenzione di uomini e soprattutto donne lavoratrici interessati alla tematica è stata alta e come Associazione “VALORE LAVORO” co-promotrice dell’evento auspichiamo di poter proseguire il cammino intrapreso a favore dei diritti delle donne lavoratrici e di poter presto organizzare altri incontri sulla delicata tematica.
